There are currently two main training programs for professionals. As the creator of the Shark Cage, Ursula is the only professional authorised to provide formal training to other professionals.

Facilitating the Shark Cage® Program for Young women is a specialist training for professionals who have completed the foundational training and want to apply the framework to working with young women in a prevention space

Facilitating the Shark Cage® Program for Young Women. This training enables you to access The Shark Cage Program for Young Women: A Human Rights Approach to Gender Violence & Healthy Relationships.

This training includes a manual, and a USB of digital resources©. Professionals need to have completed the foundational training to complete this specialist training for work with young women in group or individual settings.

To become an accredited facilitator of The Shark Cage Program for Young Women: A Human Rights Approach to Gender Violence & Healthy Relationships, take the following steps:

  1. Complete the Foundational training
  2. Complete Services Agreement
  3. Complete specialist training
  4. Complete a supervision session with Ursula
    whilst running a group as a provisional facilitator.
